Springbrook, Alberta

Springbrook is a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada within Red Deer County. It is located 1 kilometre west of Highway 2A, approximately 11 kilometres southwest of Red Deer. Springbrook is also recognized by Statistics Canada as a designated place. Springbrook is the home of the Penhold Air Cadet Summer Training Centre (PACSTC). The PACSTC was formerly Canadian Forces Base Penhold.

The Calgary–Edmonton Corridor is a geographical region of the Canadian province of Alberta. It is the most urbanized area in Alberta and is one of Canada's four most urban regions. It consists of Statistics Canada census divisions No. 11, No. 8, and No. 6. Measured from north to south, the region covers a distance of approximately 400 km .
