Acton GO Station

Acton GO Station is a GO Transit railway and bus station in the community of Acton, part of the Town of Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. The station site is located adjacent to the Old Hide House, where a previous Acton station formerly stood on the Grand Trunk Railway and, later, the Canadian National Railway. The new Acton station was approved as part of the Georgetown-to-Kitchener Extension Environmental Assessment in 2009.

Halton Hills is a town in the Regional Municipality of Halton, west of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located within the Greater Toronto Area. Halton Hills was established in 1974 through the amalgamation of the former Towns of Georgetown and Acton, together with much of the former Township of Esquesing, and a small portion of the Town of Oakville lying north of Highway 401.
