Sainte-Scholastique, Quebec

The village of Sainte-Scholastique, Quebec, Canada, was the historic seat of Deux Montagnes County from 1834 until its amalgamation with neighboring towns in 1971. Two years later it was renamed to Mirabel. The village was named after Saint Scholastica, the sister of Saint Benedict of Nursia (in French, Benoît), for whom the neighboring village of Saint-Benoît, Quebec was also named that same year.

Argenteuil is a provincial electoral district in the Laurentides region of Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. It includes the cities of Saint-Colomban, Lachute, and Brownsburg-Chatham. It was created for the 1867 election, and an electoral district of that name existed even earlier: see Argenteuil (Province of Canada). The territory of the Argenteuil electoral district in the 2011 electoral map is unchanged from its territory in the 2001 electoral map.

Autodrome Saint-Eustache

The Autodrome Saint-Eustache is a motor sport complex in Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada established in 1965, which contains a .40-mile paved oval and a 1-mile paved road course with hot pits, grandstands and services. The oval circuit hosts NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly racing, with drivers racing for both the provincial (Quebec) and the rest of North America.
