Guty (Třinec)

is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. It was a separate municipality but it became a part of the town of Třinec in 1980. It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. It has a population of 762 (1 January 2008). A large part of the population of Guty is Polish. Guty was first mentioned in a written document in 1305 as Gutha. The village is well known for its wooden church built in 1563. It is currently a Catholic church.

Vyšní Lhoty

Vyšní Lhoty is a village in the Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of 757 (2006). It lies on the Morávka River, in the historical region of Těšín Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305. The village is situated on the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids and the Prašivá mountain. There is a wooden Saint Anthony of Padua church from 1640 on that mountain.
