Nørre Aaby Municipality

Until January 1, 2007 Nørre Aaby municipality was a municipality in the former Funen County on the north and west coasts of the island of Funen in southern Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 65 km², and had a total population of 5,626 (2006). Its last mayor was Hanne Christensen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Nørre Aaby.

Nørre Aaby

Nørre Aaby is a town in central Denmark, located in Middelfart municipality on the island of Funen. Until Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007) it was the site of the municipal council of the now former Nørre Aaby municipality. The town is most known for the great number of efterskole located around the city: Viby Efterskole, Båring Efterskole, Vesterdal Efterskole, Nørre Åby Efterskole and Eisbjerghus Efterskole. The population of Nørre Aaby is 2,877 (1 January 2011)

Ejby Municipality

Until 1 January 2007, Ejby municipality was a municipality in Funen County on the north and west coasts of the island of Funen in southern Denmark. The municipality included the island of Brandsø, covered an area of 163 km², and had a total population of 10,046 (2005). Its last mayor was Claus Hansen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Ejby.

Ejby, Middelfart Municipality

Ejby is a small railway town in Middelfart Municipality. It lies between Odense station and Middelfart station, on the island of Funen, Region of Southern Denmark, Denmark. It has a population of 1,978 (1 January 2011). Until 1 January 2007, Ejby was the municipal seat of the former Ejby Municipality.

Nørre Åby Efterskole

Nørre Åby Efterskole is an efterskole located in Nørre Åby, Middelfart on Funen, Denmark. The efterskole specializes in drama, music, animation, fitness, dance and soccer. It was founded by Olaf Nielsen, when Theodor Jensen left the school in 1886 and the schools attendance rose from 10 to 100 students. The dorms on the school mainly consist of two persons chambers. There is however a few three and four people dorms. Nørre Åby is the town most close to the efterskole.
