Grevensvænge figurines

The Grevensvænge hoard is a find of the late Nordic Bronze Age (roughly dating to between 800 BC and 500 BC), discovered in the late 18th century at Grevensvænge, Naestved Municipality, Zealand, Denmark. The hoard consisted of seven bronze figurines. Its first mention is in 1779, where it is said to have been found in the ground "a few years ago". After their discovery, they were kept with the pastor at Herlufmagle, Marcus Schnabel.

Region Zealand

Region Zealand is the southernmost administrative region of Denmark, established on January 1, 2007 as part of the 2007 Danish Municipal Reform, which replaced the traditional counties ("amter") with five larger regions. At the same time, smaller municipalities were merged into larger units, reducing the number of municipalities from 271 to 98. The reform was implemented in Denmark on January 1, 2007.

Fladså

Fladså was a municipality in Storstrøm County in south Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 133 km², and had a total population of 7,581 (2005). Its last mayor was Hans R. Hansen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The seat of its municipal council was at Mogenstrup. Neighboring municipalities were Rønnede to the east, Holmegaard to the north, Næstved to the west, and Præstø and Vordingborg to the south.

Vester Egesborg Church

Vester Egesborg Church (Danish: Vester Egesborg Kirke) is located in Næstved Municipality of Region Zealand, Denmark. It was built in 1250-1300, with the addition of the tower and vestry around 1500. The choir was rebuilt at the end of 1700s. The pulpit and altarpiece were carved around the middle of the 1600s by Abel Schrøder in the auricular style. The wrought iron baptismal font from the 1670s bears the arms of Niels Trolle and Helle Rosenkrantz.

Næstved Stadion

Næstved Stadion is a multi-use stadium in Næstved, Denmark. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Næstved BK. The stadium holds 10,000 people and opened in 1944.
