The II District is one of the central districts of Turku, Finland. It is located on the east side of the river Aura, between Uudenmaankatu and Kaskenkatu. The district is located on the historical centre of the city, and contains numerous cultural and historical venues, such as the Luostarinmäki handicrafts museum, the Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova twin museums, and the Old Great Square, the city's oldest marketplace. It also hosts events such as the Medieval Market of Turku.

Veritas Stadion

Veritas Stadion is a football (soccer) stadium in Turku, Finland. It is situated in the district of Kupittaa, in an area dedicated to sporting venues. The stadium serves as the home venue for both FC Inter Turku and TPS, the two teams from Turku that play in Finland's premier football league, the Veikkausliiga. The stadium is currently being expanded with a stand with 1,644 seats to meet the demands for the 2009 UEFA Women's Championship.

Kupittaa

Kupittaa is a district in Turku, Finland. It is located on the eastern side of the city's centre, around the Kupittaa Park, the first landscaped park in a Finnish city.
