Sauna Open Air Metal Festival

Sauna Open Air Metal Festival, shortly Sauna Open Air or just Sauna, has become one of the largest music festivals dedicated only to metal and related styles of music in the Nordic countries. It was first arranged in 2004 and takes place in the Ratinanniemi park in Tampere, Finland. Tampere Stadium

Tampere Ratina Stadium (Finnish: Tampereen stadionilla Ratinassa), simply known as Tampere Stadium or Ratina Stadium, built in 1965, is a multi-purpose stadium in Tampere, Finland, with a seating capacity of 16,800 people, and up to 32,000 people for concerts. The stadium primarily hosts football matches. It served as Tampere United's home stadium and is sometimes used by the Finnish national team.

University of Tampere

The University of Tampere is a university in Tampere, Finland. It has 15,400 degree students and 2,100 employees. It was originally founded in 1925 in Helsinki as a "Civic College" (Kansalaiskorkeakoulu), and from 1930 onwards it was known as a "School of Social Sciences" (Yhteiskunnallinen korkeakoulu). In 1960, the institution relocated to Tampere, and in 1966 it was officially named University of Tampere.

It is one of the largest summer theatres in Finland and has been running uninterrupted longer than any other open-air theatre in the country. The theatre was founded in 1948 and was originally named Tampereen Kesäteatteri (Tampere Summer Theatre).
