Jurmo
This article is about an island in Korpo. For an island in Brändö, see Jurmo (Brändö). Jurmo is the name of an island and a village in the municipality of Korpo in the outer islands of the archipelago off of Turku, Finland. Directly south of the island of Korpo and 13 kilometres northeast of the island of Utö, this elongated island is 5 km in length with an average width of 1 km . The island has had its own church since 1846 and a bird observatory.

Korpo
Korpo is an island located in the Turku archipelago. It is a former municipality of Finland. On 1 January 2009, it was consolidated with Houtskär, Iniö, Nagu and Pargas to form the new town of Väståboland. As of 1 January 2012 Väståboland was renamed Pargas (Parainen in Finnish), which is also the name of a town on one of the islands, which has proven somewhat confusing for tourists and visitors to the area. The climate in Korpo is somewhat different to the mainland climate.
