Koningsbosch
Koningsbosch is a village within the municipality of Echt-Susteren, in the Dutch province of Limburg. Koningsbosch is located next to the German border, approximately 10 kilometres east of the town of Echt. The neighbourhood of Koningsbosch, which also includes the hamlets Echterbosch, Spaanshuisken, Aan Reijans and the surrounding countryside, covers an area of 0.27 km², has 1.711 inhabitants (as of 1 May 2005) and consists of some 700 houses.

The source of the Wurm are several brooks in the forests southwest of Aachen, which form the Wurm after the Diepenbenden reservoir. From there the Wurm nowadays flows through canals through the city of Aachen, until it resurfaces at the Europaplatz in the east of Aachen. North of Aachen the river forms the border with the Netherlands for approx. 10 km.

Posterholt is a village in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located in the municipality of Roerdalen. Posterholt merged with the municipalities Montfort and Sint Odiliënberg in 1991, and the new municipality changed its name to Ambt Montfort three years later. 'Reutje or 't Reutje is a small village in Dutch Limburg. It belongs to the municipality of Roerdalen. It lies a few km from Sint Odiliënberg. The village has 4 streets and 300 inhabitants. There is a small café 'Bie Tiel' and a big fanfare, Sint Wiro. Reutje also has its own song: Träötje mien Landj, composed by Wiel Janssen and Pièrre Bonné.

Ambt Montfort
Ambt Montfort is a former municipality in the Dutch province of Limburg. In 1991, the municipalities of Montfort, Posterholt, Reutje and Sint Odiliënberg merged. The original name of the merged municipality was "Posterholt", but it was changed in "Ambt Montfort" in 1994. On January 1, 2007, Ambt Montfort merged into the municipality of Roerdalen.
