Oinochori

Oinochori is a small village in the municipal unit of Gravia, Phocis, Greece. It is located at an altitude of approximately 900 meters on the slope of Mount Oiti. Ruins just outside the village are thought to be from the Dorian or pre-Dorian city of Dryopis.

Greek National Road 27

Greek National Road 27 (Greek: Εθνική Οδός 27, abbreviated as EO27) is a single carriageway road in central Greece. It connects the Greek National Road 3 at Bralos, south of Lamia, with the GR-48 near Itea, passing through Amfissa. It is part of the European route E65. The road passes through the regional units Phocis and Phthiotis.

Doris (Greece)

Doris, is a small mountainous district in ancient Greece, bounded by Aetolia, southern Thessaly, the Ozolian Locrians, and Phocis; the original homeland of the Dorian Greeks. It lies between Mounts Oeta and Parnassus, and consists of the valley of the river Pindus (Πίνδος), a tributary of the Cephissus, into which it flows not far from the sources of the latter. The Pindus is now called the Apostoliá.

Mount Oeta

Mount Oeta is a mountain in southern Phthiotis and northern Phocis, Greece. A southeastern offshoot of the Pindus range, it forms the boundary between the valleys of the rivers Spercheios to the north, the Boeotian Cephissus to the southeast and the Mornos to the southwest. It is 2,152 m high. To its east is the mountain Kallidromo, which comes close to the sea, leaving only a narrow passage known as the famous pass of Thermopylae.

Diakopi

Diakopi is a village in the Vardousia mountains, in Phocis, Greece. Until 1927 it was officially known as Granitsa (Γρανίτσα), a name that remains in common usage.
