Krinides
Krinides or Crenides is a town and an ancient site that includes the archaeological site of Philippi in the Kavala regional unit in eastern Macedonia. Krinides is the seat of the municipality of Filippoi south of the Pangaion hills. The mountains dominate most of the municipality including the Lekani mountains while the farmlands as well as the Philippi-Drama plain is to the northwest. Oreino, Kavala
Oreino is a former village, now in ruins, in Kavala regional unit, Greece. During the population exchange between Greece and Turkey in the early 1920s, the population, primarily Turks with some Slavs, were forced to leave their homes and the village was not repopulated.
