Kefalovryso is a town of about 1,100 in the northern part of the Ioannina regional unit. It was the seat of the municipality of Ano Pogoni. The Sarantaporos is a river in northwestern Greece and southern Albania. It is a right tributary of the river Vjosë (Aoos), which flows into the Adriatic Sea.
