San Raimundo is a municipality in the Guatemala department of Guatemala. Its estimated population in 2007 was approximately 26,800 people and consists of 10 outlying villages and several smaller urbanized areas. San Raymundo is highly populated by both Ladino (Spanish descent) and Indigenous (Mayan descent) people.

Mixco Viejo

San Pedro Sacatepéquez is a municipality in the Guatemala department of Guatemala. According to the 1998 edition of the The Columbia Gazetteer of the World, its elevation is 6,890 ft (2,100 m) and it is a market center. Its economy is based on manufacturing, including tile making and textiles, and agriculture, including the cultivation of corn, black beans, and vegetables.

Las Vacas Hydroelectric Dam

The Las Vacas Hydroelectric Dam is a reinforced concrete gravity dam and power plant spanning the Las Vacas River near the village of San Antonio Las Flores in the municipality Chinautla, Guatemala. The hydroelectric power plant is designed as a peaking plant and the water stored in its 258,969 m³ reservoir is used to generate electricity during hours of peak demand. It has 5 Pelton turbines with a total installed capacity of 45 MWe which generate an average of 120 GWh of electricity per year.
