Trinidad is a municipality in the Honduran department of Santa Bárbara. It also a town with many Jewish sephardim ancestors, it is also home of General Juan E. Paredes, who as a Commerce Secretary for Honduras signed the Paredes - Knox treaty between the United States and Honduras.
