Matunga Road railway station

Matunga Road is the name of a railway station on the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. It offers access to Matunga and Shivaji Park areas of Mumbai. It should not be confused with the nearby Matunga railway station, which is on the Central Line just to the east. Matunga Road is the smallest railway halt in Mumbai in terms of number of passengers and number of platforms. The Ruparel College is the nearest college to this station.

Bombay Scottish School, Mahim

Bombay Scottish School (BSS) popularly known as Scottish is a private, co-educational day school located at Mahim in Mumbai, India. The institution was established in 1847 by Scottish Christian missionaries under the name Scottish Female Orphanage. South Indian Education Society High School

S.I.E.S. High School, Matunga is one of Mumbai's oldest and premier educational institutions. It is a co-educational English medium school, affiliated to Maharashtra SSC Board, reputed for its high academic service, discipline and efficient management. Mahim Bay

Mahim Bay is a bay, part of the Arabian Sea in Mumbai India. The southern end is Worli, northern end is Bandra Reclamation and Mahim is in the centre. The bay was named after the islands of Mahim and Salsette were merged in the early 19th century. The Mithi River drains into Mahim Creek which drains into the Bay, and forms the border between the city and its suburbs. During the colonial era, the Portuguese built a watch tower called Castella de Aguada on the northern side.
