River Suir Bridge

The River Suir Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge over the River Suir in Ireland. It was built as part of the N25 Waterford Bypass, and opened to traffic on the 19 October 2009, some ten months ahead of schedule. The Viking settlement at Woodstown was discovered during the project and the route of the southern approach roads was altered to preserve the site.

Rice Bridge

The Rice Bridge is the present city-centre bridge in Waterford, Ireland on the north side of the city. It was constructed in stages between 1982 and 1986, with an official opening of the first two lanes in 1984. It is named after Edmund Ignatius Rice (and occasionally also called the Edmund Rice Bridge or Brother Edmund Ignatius Rice Bridge). The Rice Bridge was constructed after the previous bridge was deemed unsafe.

Ferrybank GAA

Ferrybank GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club based in Waterford City, Republic of Ireland. It is situated in the suburb of Ferrybank on the north bank of the River Suir. There has been a long tradition of Gaelic Games in Ferrybank since the first team known as the Davis's was formed in the early 1890s. The club, under its present guise, celebrated its 50th Anniversary in the year 2000. The club caters for boys and girls from the age of 5 years and upwards.

Waterford Bus Station

Waterford Bus Station serves the city of Waterford in the south-east of Ireland. It is situated on the quay in Waterford. It was opened in 1987 and redeveloped in 2000. There are 16 stands for buses. The station has a shop, travel centre, security offices, toilets and ticket desk and machines. The bus station is used by Bus Éireann for regional services mainly although some city centre services depart form the station.
