Coore

Coore (also known as Coor) is a village in the parish of Kilmurry Ibrickane, near Mullagh and Milltown Malbay, in County Clare, Ireland. It is made up of two communities: Coore East and Coore West. Coore West is split into two parts: Coore West (east) is the place where the local church is standing. "The Most Holy Redeemer" church is built in 1865-1866, by father Patrick Moran.

The parish Kilmurry Ibrickane (also known as Mullagh) is a parish located in West Clare in Ireland. The parish derives its name from the tiny settlement of Kilmurry Ibrickane, the location of the church before Cromwellian times. Main settlements in the parish are Mullagh, Coore and Quilty. The parish is also known for Kilmurry Ibrickane GAA, that plays under the spiritual leadership of the local priest.

Willie Clancy Summer School

The Willie Clancy Summer School (Irish Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy) is Ireland's largest traditional music summer school held annually since 1973 in memory of the uilleann piper Willie Clancy. During the week, nearly a thousand students from every part of the world attend daily classes taught by experts in Irish music and dance.
