Olbia railway station

Olbia railway station (Italian: Stazione di Olbia) serves the town and comune of Olbia, in the northeast of the island and region of Sardinia, Italy. Opened in 1881, it forms part of the Cagliari–Golfo Aranci railway, the main railway line in Sardinia. Between 1883 and 2000, the station was also the junction of a short branch line to Olbia's ferry pier, at Isola Bianca. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI).

San Simplicio, Olbia

The Basilica of San Simplicio is a church in Olbia, northern Sardinia, Italy. It was built in the late 11th century on a short hill, once located outside the city's walls, used since the Carthaginian times as a cemetery area. In the area already existed a Palaeo-Christian church, built most likely between 594 and 611, which in turn was located nearby a Roman temple.

Tavolara Island

Tavolara is a small island off the northeast coast of Sardinia, Italy. The island is a limestone massif 5 kilometres long and 1 kilometre wide, with steep cliffs except at its ends. Its highest point, Monte Cannone, is 565 metres above sea level. A cove and beach can be found at each end of the island, Spalmatore di Fuori at the northeast, and Spalmatore di Terra at the southwest. Currently, the island is inhabited by only a handful of families, and has a small cemetery and summer restaurant.

Yacht Club Costa Smeralda

Yacht Club Costa Smeralda was established by the Aga Khan in 1967. It is situated at Porto Cervo in Costa Smeralda, northern Sardinia and provides services for recreational sailors. The club challenged for the 1983 America's Cup with Azzurra in Newport, Rhode Island, coming third. In 1984 it hosted the World 12-Metre Class championship, and in 1987 challenged for the America's Cup with Azzurra '87 off Fremantle, Western Australia.
