Zhetysu

Zhetysu (meaning "seven rivers"; also transcribed Zhetisu, Jetisuw, Jetysu, Jeti-su, Jity-su, Жетысу, Джетысу, etc. ) is a historical name of a part of Russian Turkestan, corresponding to the South-Eastern part of modern Kazakhstan.
