Kikuyu, Kenya

Kikuyu is a town in the Central Province of Kenya. The town is located 20 km northwest of central Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. Kikuyu hosts a town council and an administrative division in the Kiambu District. It is about 20 minutes from Nairobi via a number of routes, including a dual carriage road, and it has a railway station on the Uganda Railway. Transport to the capital and other places is available in form of matatus, minibuses and trains.

Kabete

Kabete is a town just outside Nairobi borders in the Central Province of Kenya. Administratively, Kabete is a location in the Kikuyu division of the Kiambu District. The International School of Kenya (or ISK), is an international school for pre-kindergarten to grade 12 located on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. It was established in 1976 and has a 25 hectare campus. Th campus used to be a large coffee plantation, and today, only a few of the original buildings remain. Students can study for a North American High school diploma or the International Baccalaureate Diploma. It is accredited by the MSA, and is the largest international school in Nairobi.
