Kota, Negeri Sembilan

Kota is a small town in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The postcode for this small town is 71350. This small town contains a few villages (kampung) such as Kampung Legong Ulu, Kampung Gadong, Kampung Sri Kendong, Kampung Sawah Raja and a few others. There was a train station in the 1960s but the train station was destroyed by a group of communists during the time of "darurat 13 hari" (the 13 days of terror).

Chengkau

Chengkau is a small town in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, located between Rembau and Kota. In its early years, Chengkau town was built near the old railway station (the station building still exists) but later was moved near the access road. In 1980s, half of the town was burned down, and this was later rebuilt with more modern structures. In 2010, the decision was taken to build a new flyover to cater for the rapid growth of Chengkau. Chengkau also connecting with Pulau Mampat and Astana Raja.

Tampin

Tampin  is both a town and a district in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, however part of the town spills over into the neighbouring state of Malacca, as it is located along the Malacca-Negeri Sembilan border. The district covers 129.49 square kilometres and is further divided into four adat socio-political provinces; Repah, Keru, Tebong and Tampin Tengah.

Rembau

Rembau is a town within a district that shares the same name (i.e. Rembau) that is located in the state of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. With a population of 40,000 people the district is a stronghold of the matrilineal system known as adat perpatih, a customary practice inherited from the Minangkabaus, of Sumatra. The township is situated about 25 km south from the state capital, Seremban.
