Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Medical College (SSRMC) (created 1996) is the first medical college established by the Indian Ocean Medical Institute Trust (IOMIT) in Mauritius in the memory of the 'father of the nation', late Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam. Dr Regis Chaperon State Secondary School (commonly known as DRC) is an all-boys' state owned and Star school in Belle Rose, Mauritius. It serves nearly 1000 students annually and admits only students with all A grade in all subjects in 11+ exams.
