Grigoriopol is a city in Transnistria, Moldova. It is the seat of the Grigoriopol sub-district of Transnistria. The city is located on the left (eastern) bank of the river Dniester at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:47|09|N|29|18|E||| | |name= }}, in central Transnistria. Grigoriopol is composed of the city itself, and a small village Crasnoe (Красное). The city itself had a population of 11,473 in 2004.

Doroţcaia is a commune in the Republic of Moldova, situated on the eastern bank of the River Dniester. It is composed of a single village, Doroţcaia. The Grigoriopol Romanian-language school which was not allowed to function by the authorities of Transnistria was moved to the village in 2002.
