Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY) was the Yugoslav state founded during World War II until it was dissolved in 1992 amid the Yugoslav Wars. It was a socialist state and a federation made up of six socialist republics: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia. Serbia, in addition, included two autonomous provinces Vojvodina and Kosovo and Metohija.

Socialist Republic of Montenegro

Socialist Republic of Montenegro or SR Montenegro in shortened form, was a socialist state that was a constituent country in the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It is a predecessor of the modern day Montenegro. On 7 July 1963 the People's Republic of Montenegro was renamed the "Socialist Republic of Montenegro" (a change ratified by both the federal Constitution and the newly created Montenegrin Constitution; both in 1963).

Kingdom of Montenegro

The Kingdom of Montenegro, was a monarchy in southeastern Europe during the tumultuous years on the Balkan Peninsula leading up to and during World War I. Legally it was a constitutional monarchy, but absolutist in practice. On 28 November 1918 Montenegro was unified with the Kingdom of Serbia, then three days later, on 1 December 1918, it was incorporated into the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.
