Ramarama

Ramarama is a small community at the far south of the Auckland Region in New Zealand's North Island, located just to the north of the Bombay Hills (a point commonly regarded as the most southern part of the Auckland region). The settlement contains a few small shops/businesses and farms/lifestyle blocks as would be expected from the entirely rural region in which it is located. Jane Mander, novelist, was born in Ramarama on April 9, 1877. Ramarama Primary School is located in Ramarama.

Bombay Hills

The Bombay Hills are a range of hills to the south of Auckland, New Zealand. Though only a small and seemingly insignificant range of hills, they lie at the southern boundary of the Auckland region, and serve as a divide between Auckland and the Waikato region. There is a 19th century settlement, Bombay, on the old main road south of Auckland, the Great South Road. Aucklanders and other New Zealanders have a mostly light-hearted "love-hate" relationship.

Growers Stadium

Growers Stadium is a stadium based in Pukekohe, New Zealand. Its usual tenants are the Counties Manukau Rugby Union team who play in the ITM Cup. In July 2009, Counties Manukau announced that Bayer New Zealand Ltd would the main sponsor of their organisation and the Growers Stadium will be known as Bayer Growers Stadium. it is now known as ECOlight stadium

Pukekohe Railway Station

Pukekohe Railway Station is the southern terminus of the Eastern and Southern Lines of the Auckland railway network. The station has an island platform between the main lines and an original wooden station building complete with signal panel. The Auckland - Wellington Overlander stops at Pukekohe.
