Sandøya, Aust-Agder
Sandøya (Sand island) is an island along the southern coast of Norway. It has roughly 230 permanent residents (2001), and shares its local administration with the surrounding communities and the nearby town Tvedestrand. The island has no bridge to the mainland, and the inhabitants rely on boats for transportation. Cars are parked at the nearby island Borøya. There are only four cars on the island, which are seldom in use.

Sagesund
Sagesund is a small village in the municipality of Tvedestrand in Aust-Agder county, Norway. It is located in the middle of Oksefjorden. Sagesund is located 6.2 kilometres from Tvedestrand on county road 411. There is also bus service from Tvedestrand. Approximately 50 people live there on a permanent basis. It is popular in the summer, when the population at least doubles. It has a marina for recreational boats, a sports arena with tennis courts, and a beach volleyball field.
