Sirikot, The word "Siri-Kot",is composed of two words {1} siri:means-TOP and {2} kot:means-VILLAGE,so in this way the meaning of siri-kot comes out to"VILLAGE at TOP" or "HILLS TOP VILLAGE",and this meaning is also in accordance with on ground physical location of the said village. Muzaffarabad District
Muzaffarabad district, of POK is located on the banks of the Jhelum and the Neelum rivers, and is very hilly.
