Cantilan is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 30,231 people in 5,378 households. It is the second northest municipality of CarCanMadCarLan and so also the second northest municipality of the province. The neighbour municipalities are Carrascal in the noth-west and Madrid in the south-east Cantilan is celebrating its town fiesta every 15th of August. Carmen is a 5th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 9,551 people in 1,873 households. Located in Brgy. Esperanza is the "Sua cool Spring" developed for tourism with possibility to swim and party. The depth of the first basin is up to about 7 feet.

Lanuza is a 4th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. It has a total land area of 395.76 km², representing 8.7% to the total area of Surigao del Sur. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 10,057 people in 1,942 households. It is noted as a surfing destination with its various surfing areas from Reef Breaks to Beach Breaks.
