Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental

Sapang Dalaga, with a name derived from a maiden in a creek coined the word sapa ng dalaga (ancient visayan language dating back the 14th century before the western colonization), is 96 kilometres from Ozamiz City and 50 kilometres from Dipolog City airport, located in the province of Misamis Occidental, Philippines. The people are composed of Subanen tribes and settler tribes from the Visayas. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 17,794 people in 3,774 households.

Dipolog

The City of Dipolog is a third class city and the capital of the province of Zamboanga del Norte on the southern Philippine island of Mindanao. Geographically, the city is surrounded by rolling hills to the southeast and the Sulu Sea to the north. Dapitan
