Piechcin

Piechcin (German Handsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barcin, within Żnin County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres south-east of Barcin, 24 km east of Żnin, and 33 km south of Bydgoszcz. The village has a population of 3,186. A limestone quarry provides limestone to the Lafarge cement factory, which is also situated there.
