Malye Korely is a village in Primorsky District of Arkhangelsk Oblast, in the north of Russia. The main sight of the village is an open-air museum, featuring the traditional wooden architecture of Arkhangelsk area. The museum is located on the right bank of the Northern Dvina River close to the mouth of the Korelka River, about 25 kilometres southeast from the city of Arkhangelsk.

Lakhta air base

Lakhta (also described as Kholm, Katunino, Novodvinsk, Lahta, or Pervomaysk) is a naval air base in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia located 22 km southeast of Arkhangelsk. It was home to 574 MRAP (574th Naval Missile-carrying Aviation Regiment) flying Tupolev Tu-16 and Tupolev Tu-22M bombers. It is capable of nuclear weapons storage.
