La Alcaidesa

La Alcaidesa is a residential and commercial seaside resort near Sotogrande, Spain, in the Andalusian province of Cádiz. The resort was developed pursuant to a joint venture agreement between Costain PLC (a British company) and Banesto. Construction originally started in the 1990s. La Alcaidesa Inmobiliaria (the Costain/Banesto joint venture company) owns the land and there is an Architectural Control Committee who insisted that all the new building would conform to a common style.

Playa de La Hacienda

Playa de La Hacienda is a beach in the municipality of La Línea de la Concepción, in the Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It has a length of about 4.3 kilometres and average width of about 90 metres . It is a busy beach north of the city and bordered to the south with the Playa de Torrenueva and to the north with the Playa de La Alcaidesa.

San Roque Club

The San Roque Club is a country club located in San Roque, in the Andalusia region in Southern Spain, a few miles from Gibraltar. The Old course was designed by Dave Thomas and constructed in 1990. The New course was added in 2002, and was designed by Perry Dye. The club hosted the Open de España in 2005 and 2006, and also hosts the Asprey Cup horse race. The chairman of the golf club was Seve Ballesteros.

Valderrama Golf Club

The Valderrama Golf Club (Spanish: Club de Golf Valderrama) is one of the best known golf clubs in Europe. It is located in the resort of Sotogrande, San Roque in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, a few miles from Gibraltar, and has a single 18-hole course, along with a 9-hole par 3 course. Valderrama was constructed in 1974 as "Sotogrande New," to the designs of leading American golf course architect Robert Trent Jones.

Playa de La Atunara

Playa de La Atunara is a beach in the municipality of La Línea de la Concepción, in the Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It has a length of about 1.5 kilometres and average width of about 90 metres . It is a busy beach and bordered on the south by the Playa de Levante and north by the Playa de Torrenueva. In its vicinity are the remains of the Tunara battery. It has a seafront promenade of restaurants, known for their pescaitos and clams.
