Iruña-Veleia

Veleia was a Roman town in Hispania, now located in the Basque Country, Spain. The site is located in the municipality of Iruña de Oca, 10 kilometers west of Vitoria. The town was an important station on the Roman road ab Asturica Burdigalam that ran parallel to the coast of the Bay of Biscay.

Álava

Álava or Araba, officially Araba/Álava, is a province of Spain and a historical territory of the Basque Country, heir of the ancient Lord of Álava. Its capital city is Vitoria-Gasteiz which is also the capital of the autonomous community. It borders the Basque provinces of Biscay and Gipuzkoa to the north, the community of La Rioja to the south, the province of Burgos (in the community of Castile and León) to the west and the community of Navarre to the east.

Aríñez

Aríñez is a village in Álava, Basque Country, Spain. It is part of the Victorian Southwest Rural Zone, and it has 116 inhabitants. Aríñez lies 8.5km West of Vitoria, next to the A-102 highway, a branch of the A-1 (Madrid-Irún) expressway. Its most representative building is the San Julián y Santa Basilisa Parochial Church, which combines the renaissance and baroque styles.

La Puebla de Arganzón

La Puebla de Arganzón (also written Lapuebla de Arganzón; is a municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain. It is in the Comarca del Ebro and the legal district Miranda de Ebro. According to the INE, the municipality had a population of 529 inhabitants in 2009. La Puebla de Arganzón and the adjacent municipality of Condado de Treviño together constitute the enclave of Treviño, part of the territory of Burgos, surrounded by the Basque province of Álava.
