Changhua County

in Lukang Folk Museum]] Changhua County is the smallest county in Taiwan located on the west side of Taiwan. It is officially governed as a county of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Lukang is one of the historical towns located in Taiwan, there are a lot of historical structures that were built during the Qing Dynasty. With a total population of 1.3 million, it is ranked the second-largest county by population.

Dayeh University

Dayeh University is a private university in Dacun Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. It was established in 1990 as Dayeh Institute of Technology by Song Gen Yeh who wanted to establish the first German-style polytechnic in Taiwan. In August 1997, Dayeh's status as a university was approved by the Ministry of Education and it was renamed Dayeh University. In 2007, Dayeh University won the National Solar Model Car Race.
