The Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity, formerly known as Chin Min College of Technology and Commerce (親民技術學院), is an educational college in Taiwan. Zhudong, Hsinchu
Zhudong is an urban township in central Hsinchu County, Taiwan. Part of Hsinchu Science Park is in Zhudong. Also located in Zhudong is the main campus of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Zhudong is approximately 20 minutes drive from Hsinchu town centre on one of two freeways, route 3 North, which passes nearby and route 68 East which proceeds directly through Zhudong. Literally, Zhudong means "bamboo east. " Zhu being bamboo, and dong being east.

Chung Hua University is a private university located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. It was formerly known as Chung Hua Polytechnic Institute founded in 1990 by three local Hsinchu entrepreneurs, Ron-Chang Wang, Zau-Juang Tsai, and Junq-Tzer Lin. It upgraded university status and renamed as "Chung Hua University" in 1997.
