Taşucu is a small town of Silifke, Mersin, Turkey. About 10-11,000 people live in Taşucu but this number increases to about 20,000 by the tourists in summer. (ın 2010 population is 8,392)Taşucu has got a nice blue sea and green forest. Taşucu is the main ferry terminal to Girne—the main port of Northern Cyprus.

Bolacalıkoyuncu is a village in Silifke district of Mersin Province, Turkey. The village at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:36|21|N|33|55|E||| | |name= }} is situated on the state highway D.400. It is almost merged to Taşucu a town to the west. The distance to Silifke is 6 kilometres and to Mersin is 91 kilometres . The population of Bolacalıkoyuncu is 849 as of 2011. The name of the village is composed of two words. Bolacalı refers to a cross bred goat and koyuncu means sheepman.

Burunucu is a village in Silifke district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is almost at the midway between Silifke and Taşucu (a coastal town in Mersin Province), the distance to both being about 5 kilometres . It is 86 kilometres to Mersin. The population of Burnucu is 772 as of 2011. The village was a port in the antiquity and its name was Sarpedon.
