Olhopil, Vinnytsia Oblast

Olhopil is a village in Chechelnytskyi Raion of Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. First known since 1780 as Rohuzka Chechelnytska (Ukrainian: Рогузка Чечельницька; or Рогузки-Чечельницькі) it was a border town between Rzeczpospolita and Budjak Horde. In 1795 it was renamed Olgopol by Ekaterina II in the name of her granddaughter, Olga Pavlovna. In Imperial Russia it used to be a small town, the center of Olgopol uyezd of Podolia guberniya.

Chechelnyk

Chechelnyk or Chechelnik (earlier also Chichelnik; alternate spellings Chetschelnik, Chitchilnik, Cicelnic, Czeczelnik, Tschetschelnik) is a town on the Savranka River (a tributary of the Southern Bug) in Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine, near Odessa Oblast. In 2001 it had 5,590 inhabitants. The economy is based on the food industry, especially alcohol production. Chechelnik was founded "as a refuge from Tatars and landlords" in the early 16th century and achieved the status of a town in 1635.

Bershad

Bershad, is a small city in the Vinnytsia Oblast of western Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Bershad Raion. The population is around 13,300 (as of 2001). Bershad is home to the football club FC Nyva Bershad.
