Winchester City Football Club are an English football team based in Winchester, Hampshire and playing in the Southern League Division One South & West. Winchester railway station

Winchester railway station is a railway station in Winchester in the county of Hampshire, England. It is on the South Western Main Line and was originally known as Winchester City to distinguish it from Winchester (Chesil) station. Despite its prominence (most passing passenger trains stop here), the station only has two platforms. One is on the western side, with the line running in a northerly direction via Basingstoke, Woking and Clapham Junction, towards the terminal of London Waterloo.

A34 road

The A34 is a major road in England. It runs from the A33 and M3 at Winchester in Hampshire, to the A6 & A6042 in Salford. It forms a large part of the major trunk route from Southampton, via Oxford, to Birmingham, The Potteries and Manchester. For most of its length (together with the A5011 and parts of the A50, and A49), it forms part of the former Winchester-Preston Trunk Road.
