Tibshelf Town railway station

Tibshelf Town railway station is a disused station in the village of Tibshelf in Derbyshire. The station was opened on 2 January 1893 by the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway (later part of the Great Central Railway and subsequently the LNER), on its line from Beighton in the outskirts of Sheffield to Annesley in Nottinghamshire, which later became part of the Great Central main line to London.

Blackwell Rural District

Blackwell was a rural district in Derbyshire, England from 1894 to 1974. It was created under the Local Government Act 1894 based on that part of the Mansfield rural sanitary district which was in Derbyshire. It was abolished under the Local Government Act 1972, becoming part of the new district of Bolsover. Hardwick Hall

Hardwick Hall, in Derbyshire, is an architecturally significant Elizabethan country houses in England. Built between 1590–1597 for the formidable Bess of Hardwick, it was designed by the architect Robert Smythson, an exponent of the Renaissance style of architecture, Hardwick Hall is one of the earliest examples of the English interpretation of the style, which came into fashion, having slowly spread from Florence.
