Broadsea

Broadsea is a community situated in Aberdeenshire in the North East of Scotland. It is a long standing fishing community at the north edge of Fraserburgh. Christian Watt, author of "The Christian Watt Papers" was born and raised in Broadsea. Her memoirs give an insight into the lives in the community during the latter part of the 19th century. History Much of the history of the small village of Broadsea in written widely about in Christian Watts' memoirs.

Bellslea Park

Fraserburgh Old Parish Church

Fraserburgh Old Parish Church is a congregation of the Church of Scotland in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. The present building was erected in 1803 at the head of the High Street, on the site of a 16th-century church. The church is a category B listed building.

Fraserburgh railway station

Fraserburgh railway station is a former railway station that once served the town of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. It formed a junction where two lines met, the main line from the south terminated here, where it was joined by a small coastal branch line from St Combs (which opened in 1903). It is now closed, and the site has been redeveloped. The GNSR engine shed and BR goods offices remain in alternative uses. Fraserburgh railway station opened in 1865 and closed to passengers in 1965.

Kinnaird Head

Kinnaird Head (Scottish Gaelic: An Ceann Àrd, "high headland") is a headland projecting into the North Sea, within the town of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire on the east coast of Scotland. It is the site of the first lighthouse in Scotland to be lit by the Commissioners of Northern Lights. The light was designed by Thomas Smith, built in 1787, and now forms part of the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses.
