Clì Gàidhlig

Clì Gàidhlig, founded in 1984 as Comann an Luchd-Ionnsachaidh ('the Learners' Society'), is an organisation based in Inverness which seeks to support learners of the Scottish Gaelic language and has campaigned actively to promote the language. Clì organises classes ranging from "coffee mornings" and one-day conversation courses to Ùlpan and grammar courses throughout Scotland.

Inverness Castle

Inverness Castle sits on a cliff overlooking the River Ness, in Inverness, Scotland. The red sand stone structure evident today was built in 1836 by architect William Burn. It is built on the site of an 11th century defensive structure. Today, it houses Inverness Sheriff Court. There has been a castle at this site for many centuries. The castle itself is not open to the public but the grounds are.

Crown Church, Inverness

Crown Church is a parish church in Inverness in the Scottish Highlands, located at the junction of Midmills Road and Kingsmills Road near the city centre. The first minister (1899–1907) was the Reverend William Todd, renowned for his fervent evangelical preaching. Originally built for the Free Church of Scotland, the church buildings were completed in 1901.

Diocese of Moray, Ross and Caithness

The Diocese of Moray, Ross and Caithness is one of the seven dioceses of the Scottish Episcopal Church. It covers Caithness and Sutherland, mainland Ross and Cromarty, and mainland Inverness-shire, Nairnshire, Moray and Banffshire. The diocesan centre is St. Andrew's Cathedral in Inverness. The see is currently occupied by the Right Reverend Mark Strange. The three old dioceses united in the modern diocese were all founded during the 12th century.
