Leith Hall

Leith Hall is a country house in Kennethmont, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Built in 1650, on the site of the medieval Peill Castle, and run by the National Trust of Scotland since 1945, Leith Hall is set in a 286-acre estate with scenic gardens. The manor was the home of the Leith-Hay family for nearly four centuries. Extensions were added to Leith Hall in 1738, 1810 and in 1904.

Ardmore distillery

Ardmore distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery. The distillery is owned and operated by the American company Beam Inc.. The distillery was built in 1898 by William Teacher's son, Adam, to secure fillings for their blend, Teacher's Highland Cream. Set deep in the farmland of "the Garioch", near the River Bogie and the village Kennethmont, Huntly, Aberdeenshire. In 1955, two stills were added, with four more stills being added in 1974, thus by 1974 it incorporated eight stills.
