Ben Tianavaig

Ben Tianavaig is a hill located on the Isle of Skye, near Portree . It is very prominent from Portree dominating the view from the harbour. It is a Marilyn. It is most simply ascended from Camastianavaig. Despite its proximity to dwellings one could expect to see golden eagles and sea eagles from its ridge.

Snizort Cathedral

Snizort Cathedral, was a small cathedral church located on an island in the River Snizort, near the mouth of Loch Snizort on the Scottish island of Skye. Also referred to as Church of St Columba or Skeabost, it was founded under the authority of the Archbishop of Nidaros (Trondheim) in Norway. Amongst its more famous bishops was Wimund, who according to William of Newburgh became a seafaring warlord adventurer in the years after 1147".

Bearreraig Waterfall

Bearreraig Waterfall is a waterfall of Scotland. It is located on the Trotternish peninsula of the island of Skye, on the Bearreraig River which runs from Loch Leathan to Bearreraig Bay. The valley provides hydro-electric power from a 2.4 MW system.
