Freshwater West

Freshwater West (also known as Fresh West) is a beach near Castlemartin, Pembrokeshire in West Wales. It lies along the B4319 road, near Castlemartin range and is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. At almost a mile long, Freshwater West flanked by extensive sand dunes and rock pools. Despite its natural beauty, Freshwater West is unsuitable for bathing due to strong offshore swells and strong currents.

Rhoscrowther

Rhoscrowther is a village and former civil parish in Pembrokeshire, Wales, 5.6 miles west of Pembroke, near the south shore of Milford Haven. It is part of the community of Hundleton. The placename is Welsh and perhaps means "crwth-player's moor". The church is a very early Christian site and was dedicated to Saint Decuman, whence the settlement's original name Llandegeman or Llandegman.
