Caldicot Castle

Caldicot Castle is an extensive stone medieval castle in the town of Caldicot, Monmouthshire, in southeast Wales. The castle is a Grade I listed building as at 10 June 1953. It was at in the possession of Thomas of Woodstock, a son of King Edward III of England, until his death, when it reverted to the Crown.

Royal Navy Propellant Factory, Caerwent

The Royal Navy Propellant Factory, Caerwent, Monmouthshire, UK, (later RAF Caerwent) was dedicated to the manufacture of explosives or the storage of ammunition from 1939 to 1993. It is a large military site and is situated north of the A48 road four miles (6 km) west of Chepstow and 12 miles east of Newport.

Caldicot Comprehensive School

Caldicot School is a coeducational and non-selective secondary school in the town of Caldicot, Monmouthshire in South Wales. Mrs. Gwyer-Roberts is headmistress and has been so since 2003. The school motto is 'Committed to Achievement' as seen at the bottom of the school crest. The crest is 'CCS' (an abbreviation of Caldicot Comprehensive School), made to look like a swan.

Caldicot railway station

Caldicot railway station is a part of the British railway system owned by Network Rail and is operated by Arriva Trains Wales. Caldicot is a small town in Monmouthshire, south Wales. It is located between Chepstow and the city of Newport on the Gloucester line; the line to Bristol via the Severn Tunnel runs just to the north but there are no platforms here; however, Severn Tunnel Junction station is within walking distance for those wanting to travel to Bristol.

The M48 is a 12 miles long motorway in Great Britain, which connects Gloucestershire, England, and Monmouthshire, Wales, via the original Severn Bridge. The M48 is anomalously numbered, as it is entirely to the west of the M5 motorway thus falling into zone 5 of the motorway numbering system.
