Jasper High School is a comprehensive public high school serving students in grades 7 hrough 12 in the rural community of Jasper, Arkansas, United States. It is one of four public high schools located in Newton County and with 240 students in the 2010–11 school year, it is the largest of three high schools administered by the Jasper School District.

Marble Falls, Arkansas

Marble Falls (known as Marble City from 1840–1883, Willcockson from 1883–1934 and Dogpatch from 1966–1997) is an unincorporated community in Newton County, Arkansas, United States. It lies along Arkansas's National Scenic 7 Byway between Harrison and Jasper. The Marble Falls Post Office is located in the parking lot of the now defunct theme park called Dogpatch USA. For a time, the town was known as Dogpatch to promote the theme park.

Dogpatch USA

Dogpatch USA is an abandoned theme park located on State Highway 7 between the cities of Harrison and Jasper in Arkansas, USA, an area known today as Marble Falls. It was opened in 1968, and was based on the comic strip Li'l Abner, created by cartoonist Al Capp and set in a fictional village called Dogpatch. Dogpatch USA was a commercial success in its early years. Investors tried to parlay that success into a sister park, "Marble Falls", planned with a ski resort and convention center.
