Dotsero is a 700-meter wide by 400-meter deep maar volcano located in Dotsero, Colorado near the junction of the Colorado River and the Eagle River. It is classified as a scoria cone with evaporitic rock, basaltic tephra, and oxidized sandstone. Erupting approximately 4200 years ago, it is the youngest volcano in Colorado.

Hanging Lake
Hanging Lake is a lake in the U.S. State of Colorado. It is located in Glenwood Canyon, about 7 miles east of Glenwood Springs, Colorado and is a very popular tourist destination. The lake is reached via a trailhead located near I-70 in the bottom of the canyon. The trail follows Dead Horse Creek, a tributary of the Colorado River and ascends some 1,000 feet.

Hanging Lake Tunnel
The Hanging Lake Tunnel is a dual bore highway tunnel carrying Interstate 70 (I-70) and U.S. Route 6 (US 6) through the southern wall of Glenwood Canyon, just east of exit #125 in Garfield County, Colorado, USA. The tunnel is named for Hanging Lake, which resides in a side canyon to Glenwood Canyon and is accessible via a trail head at a rest area near the western portal of the tunnel.
