Georgetown is a village and census-designated place in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States. It is located at the point where the towns of Wilton, Redding, Ridgefield, and Weston meet. The village and its surrounding area are also defined as the Georgetown census-designated place (CDP). As of the 2010 census, the population of the CDP was 1,805.

Highstead Arboretum

The Highstead Arboretum in Redding, Connecticut, USA was founded in 1982. It covers 36 acres (146,000 m²) of woodland, meadow, and wetland and ranges from 640 feet to 758 feet in elevation. It hosts both native and cultivated plant varieties. Highstead may be visited by appointment. Highstead includes the following collections: The Native tree and shrub collection, with indigenous plants from within a 100-mile radius of the arboretum.
