Big Pine Key is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Monroe County, Florida, on an island of the same name in the Florida Keys. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 5,032.

Little Torch Key

Little Torch Key is an island in the lower Florida Keys. Little Torch Key was named after the torchwood tree and is just south of Big Pine Key. It is a small, quiet Key with easy access to Key West (approximately 29 miles). For divers, the incredible corals of Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary are only a few miles away. No Name Key

No Name Key is an island located in the lower Florida Keys in the United States. It is 3 miles from US 1 and sparsely populated with only 43 homes. It is a fairly small island in comparison to its neighbor, Big Pine Key, which lies about a half mile to its west. It is accessible by a concrete bridge that connects the small island with Big Pine Key and was the terminus of a car ferry that existed before the present Overseas Highway was built on the remains of Flagler's Overseas Railroad.

Blue Hole (Big Pine Key)

The Blue Hole is an attraction on the island of Big Pine Key in the Florida Keys. It is an abandoned rock quarry that was used for nearby road fills and Henry Flagler's Overseas Railroad. The water it contains is mostly fresh and is used by various wildlife in the area, such as birds, snakes, alligators, key deer and green iguanas. It is part of the National Key Deer Refuge.
